Shack Pack - Homes under 4,000 sq ft: $125

$20 - For every additional 1000 sq ft or portion thereof

The Great Estate - Homes over 7,000 sq ft: $350

Prices double on homes over
1.5 Million

Photographic representation will include all important rooms in the home, exteriors, property and views. Aproximately 10 - 20 (or more, depending on the size of the property) digital photographs that run through a post production process for retouching etc.

Open House Feature Sheets:

There will be a one time set up fee for a Realtor Front Page Feature sheet template which includes your personal photos, company logos and information. Cost: $50
