In the very competitive real estate market, showcasing the home in its best light is paramount considering 85% of todays potential buyers scan the listings on the internet before even contacting a Realtor to view a home. Educated home owners have grown to expect a standard of excellence in having their home presented professionally by their Realtor. In todays market, Realtors are able to set themselves apart from the competition by maintaining support association with professional stagers and a Professional Photographer.
PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY RATES
Shack Pack - Homes under 4,000 sq ft: $125
$20 - For every additional 1000 sq ft or portion thereof
The Great Estate - Homes over 7,000 sq ft: $350
Prices double on homes over
1.5 Million
Photographic representation will include all important rooms in the home, exteriors, property and views. Aproximately 10 - 20 (or more, depending on the size of the property) digital photographs that run through a post production process for retouching etc.
Travel outside the Tri-City area:
$50.00
Open House Feature Sheets:
$20.00
There will be a one time set up fee for a Realtor Front Page Feature sheet template which includes your personal photos, company logos and information. Cost: $50
