PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY RATES
Shack Pack - Homes under 4,000 sq ft: $125
$20 - For every additional 1000 sq ft or portion thereof
The Great Estate - Homes over 7,000 sq ft: $350
Prices double on homes over 1.5 Million
Photographic representation will include all important rooms in the home, exteriors, property and views. Aproximately 10 - 20 (or more, depending on the size of the property) digital photographs that run through a post production process for retouching etc.
Travel outside the Tri-City area: $50.00
Open House Feature Sheets: $20.00 There will be a one time set up fee for a Realtor Front Page Feature sheet template which includes your personal photos, company logos and information. Cost: $50
PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS for all your marketing needs - Put your best Face forward: includes all Photoshop post production work to make you look your very best. $250.00
PREMIUM PACKAGES
When you have a special home that is beautifully decorated or staged, or bigger homes that require more than "on camera flash", this probably is the way to go. Presenting something special to your client that makes their home look as though it was photographed for a magazine rather than just MLS may draw much more attention to the listing.
